Your learning experience
We meet you where you are, adapting the experience to your starting point, experience, and goals. This is a practical, confidence-building experience designed for the social impact sector. We have gone to every effort ensure that first and foremost you feel supported, with guidance from a facilitator and dedicated digital coach every step of the way.
You will participate in Learning Labs, which are really engaging and interactive, hands-on sessions that bring skills to life. We break down barriers, by using simple, step-by-step learning that helps everyone, regardless of your learning style.
You’ll build real confidence as you learn by doing in a safe, encouraging environment. Our blended learning combines flexible online modules with live sessions and workplace application. Every element is built for NPOs, using examples, challenges, and tools that reflect the real world and your workplace.
Your digital coach will help you put new skills into practice straight away. Our scheduled Workplace Assessments make the learning relevant, measurable, and immediately useful, this is not designed to test you, just to help reinforce the learnings. This whole program is tailored to your needs, your experience, your job, and your organisations goals.
